Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Unscrewed meditation application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License

Juggernaut Technologies Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

Health Disclaimer

The App is designed to support your meditation and mindfulness practice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Redistribute or sublicense the App content

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, audio content, graphics, text, and other content, is owned by Juggernaut Technologies Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.

Apple Services Integration

The App may use iCloud for data synchronization and HealthKit for recording mindful minutes. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Apple's services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUGGERNAUT TECHNOLOGIES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
