Local Data Storage

All app data, including your preferences, meditation history, and settings, is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account to sync between your iPhone and Apple Watch. This data is managed entirely by Apple and is not accessible to us.

Health Data

The App may optionally integrate with Apple Health to record mindful minutes. This data is stored locally in Apple Health and is never transmitted to our servers. You can control Health data access in your device's Privacy settings.

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with Apple services including iCloud and HealthKit. These services are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to any data stored in these services.
